I was here for 5 days and would stay here again. My room included central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave. The hotel's location was great, really close to Middletown, Liberty and the mountain. It also was to Long Island.

Nothing!
We were booked in for two nights, pre-paid. The place is run down and apparently more rooms are uninhabitable than habitable Furniture and appliances need to be replaced. Maintenance is terrible. Staff is barely literate in English. No hot water until 9:00 AM! Continental breakfast is hardly fit for sparrows or crows. Parking lot has pot holes - needs repaving. Sidewalk outside side entrance was taped off for repair limiting access/egress. We checked out early forgoing the 2nd night for which I had paid. Carpets are dirty and musty. The most efficient improvement could be with a crane and a wrecking ball. Don't go there!

This Howard Johnson was not clean. Entire facility in need of repair and a good cleaning.

I was not very happy with this place it was a dump, need desk on tv stand and could see thick and the bathroom had mole on the ceil and shower curtain, the place smell bad. I was not very happy at all and will not get another place here

Location to Bethel Woods.
The room was FILTHY. The bathroom was VILE FILTHY. DEAD BUGS, HAIR IN SINK IN TUB AND ON TABLES. Sheets were clean

We enjoyed nearby gambling at Monticello Casino and Raceway and went golfing at Grossinger Country Club. The location is perfect for concerts at Bethel Woods. Easy access to fun activities.
Unfortunately, the first impression wasn't great with dirty hallways and an unsettling smell, made us a bit nervous.

The location was marvellous for me, down the mountain. Plus, it was not far from Liberty, NY, the Museum, and the store.
Though everything was nice, some of the staff were dirty.
